Under the solo and during the verses, use an A5 E5 F5 E5 riff.
After the verse (1:04), just play the root note of each of those chords in the same order.
Next, at 2:08, play a C5 D5 F5i C5 progression.

That's it.  repeat everything twice, the choir will come in, then end with the melody.
