World-renowned heavy metal act Slipknot has just announced their extensive summer tour, set to kick off on June 20th in Miami, Florida.

The outing will see the Iowa-based band joined by none other than thrash legends Lamb of God as co-headliners.

"This is going to be an incredible run for us," states Joey Jordison, Slipknot's iconic drummer.

"We're bringing our high-energy live show and some special guests to cities across North America." The tour will cover over 30 cities across the continent before wrapping up on August 15th in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Supporting acts include August Burns Red, Intronaut, and Gatecreeper, among others.

Fans can expect an intense sonic experience featuring Slipknot's most aggressive material to date.

With more than two decades of unrelenting touring under their belt, Slipknot is sure to deliver a memorable performance with every stop.

"We're not just playing these cities - we're going to take them over," promises Jordison.
