Slipknot has unveiled an extensive North American tour that will take the band across the continent this summer.
The trek, which is set to kick off on June 23rd in Omaha and conclude on September 8th in Los Angeles, features a diverse lineup of supporting acts, including Gojira, who will serve as main support for the entire run.
The tour announcement comes hot on the heels of Slipknot's latest studio album, 'Terra Australis', which debuted to widespread critical acclaim earlier this year.
Lead vocalist Corey Taylor has promised fans that this summer's shows will be a celebration of the band's iconic discography and an exploration of their most aggressive sonic landscapes.
"We're really excited about this tour," enthused Taylor.
"We've got an incredible lineup of support acts who are going to bring their A-game every night, and we're looking forward to unleashing our most intense live show yet on audiences everywhere."
