German rock legends SCORPIONS have canceled their four-city tour of India, which was scheduled to kick off later this month.

The cancellation comes due to unforeseen medical circumstances affecting the band members.,The tour, originally set for April 21-30 in Shillong, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, will not proceed as planned.

SCORPIONS were looking forward to marking their first live appearance in India in nearly two decades with this run of shows.,In a statement, BookMyShow apologized for the inconvenience caused to fans and assured that tickets purchased would be automatically refunded within seven to 10 working days.

This tour cancellation marks the second time this year SCORPIONS have been forced to cancel concerts due to health reasons - last month they canceled some South American dates because of vocalist Klaus Meine's respiratory infection.,SCORPIONS' latest album, "Rock Believer", was released in February 2022, and despite their ages, the band has shown no signs of slowing down.

As SCORPIONS vocalist Klaus Meine told Rolling Stone India earlier this month: “We still enjoy what we're doing.

We're still very passionate about things and very excited to go on this road ahead.
