But there's a twist – the project is no longer an all-Tool affair.

Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys fame has been revealed as a key collaborator on this untitled LP.

Fans have long speculated about potential collaborations with Auerbach due to Keenan's past nods toward the blues-rock mastermind's work.

As reported earlier, Keenan expressed interest in creating something that would blend his signature heavy, progressive sound with some of the grittier aspects of blues music – which is precisely what Auerbach brings to the table.
