AEROSMITH drummer Joey Kramer has spoken candidly about his health and recovery in a new two-hour interview with John DeChristopher.
In the chat, Kramer opens up about his experiences undergoing a coronary artery procedure more than a decade ago, saying he's feeling better now than he has in years.
The drummer has been open about facing health challenges, including back problems that required surgery four months ago.
However, it seems he's made progress and is on the path to full recovery.
Kramer acknowledges his wife Linda Gail Kramer's passing in June 2022 had a significant impact on him, but also credits his friends and family for their support during difficult times.
In March 2022, Joey announced he would take a temporary leave of absence from AEROSMITH to focus on his family.
While he was replaced by his drum tech John Douglas, Kramer has since rejoined the band on stage during their Las Vegas residency in 2018 and has been part of various Grammy events with the group.
