HATEBREED vocalist Jamey Jasta has given a new interview with Mark 'Elwood' Mailler where he discusses the band's upcoming studio album.

The record will be their most ignorant and heavy release yet, with the band going back to basics and playing off all their strengths.

'Every band goes, "Oh, this is our most melodic.

We're our most heavy." There's no melody, so we won't even bother with that," Jasta explained.

The album will be released in the fall after being mixed and mastered over the next two weeks.

The exact release date has yet to be confirmed but fans are urged to keep an eye out for updates from the band.

HATEBREED will also be hitting the road later this summer as part of the Summer Slaughter tour, which kicks off on July 17th in Chicago and features support from DEVOURMENT, INCANTATION (for last five dates only), SNUFFED ON SIGHT, BALMORA, and FACE YOURSELF.

The band will also be appearing at Hellfest NJ this summer and have scheduled a show in Minneapolis for SLAYER's 40th anniversary of 'Reign In Blood'.
