Massachusetts-founded metal band Elder has released the title track from their upcoming album Through Zero, due out May 29 through various labels.

The single finds the band continuing to evolve their sound, blending heavy riffs with electronic elements and soaring vocals.

Vocalist/guitarist Nick DiSalvo describes the song as a "perfect first impression of what's to come" on their new record, which was produced by Elder themselves in collaboration with Richard Behrens.

The album's title track is about impermanence and coming to terms with mortality, themes that reflect the band's own growth and change.

Through Zero marks a new chapter for Elder, who have built a reputation for pushing boundaries and experimenting with their sound.

Elder will bring their new material on tour this summer and fall, with a European festival run and US shows featuring key supporting acts.

The band has announced a string of dates, including Download Festival, Hellfest, Graspop Metal Meeting, and Brutal Assault Festival, among many others.

Tickets are available now for all announced shows.

Elder's new single 'Through Zero' is available to stream now, with pre-orders available for their upcoming album Through Zero.

The band will continue to tour behind the record throughout the summer.
