Megadeth has announced that they will be releasing a farewell tour album titled The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart in January 2026.

The album garnered critical acclaim and hit #1 in 11 countries, with Mustaine and Megadeth logging #1s in seven additional Billboard charts as well.
